Description
  • Execute the implementation process of Branch Daily Kaizen (BDK) at selected branches until completion.
  • Manage continuous improvement and culture change, as well as ensure the targeted dateline for the BDK implementation is met.
  • Track the branches KPIs and timeline of the BDK to ensure smooth execution for branches assigned under the Central Core Team.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports, as well as attend meetings with Operational Excellence team as and when required.
  • Support the Regional Core Team in their daily branch visits, queries, issues arising and etc.
  • Manage the Regional Core Team in terms of their movement, reporting and tracking of the BDK implementation. 
  • Assist the Regional Core Team personnel in enhancing their techniques for BDK implementation.
  • Educate and shadow (if necessary) the Regional Core Team on branch visits and/or setting-up regular meetings for the implementation progress updates.
Requirements
  • Degree in any related discipline with a working experience in Branch Operations / Process Improvement / Training Delivery. 
  • Possess LEAN and/or Project Management (organising and planning skills) background is an additional advantage.
  • Familiar with KAIZEN concept and implementation.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia (40% - 50%).
