Description

Summary

Provide efficient customer service by products & services expert, as well as to enhance Think Customer value as Bank Islam staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound enquiries, requests and complaints from internal and external customers on Bank's products and services by providing accurate information and taking appropriate action.
  • Manage and handle complaints in a professional manner and respond to customers within the required timeline (Complaint Handling Management).
  • Record, escalate, reply & track comp taints on products/services features and account related issues in the designated tracking system.
  • Ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance to Bank-wide policies, procedures and Contact Centre Operation Manual.
Requirements
  • Qualification : Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Year of experience : Fresh graduate up to 2 years experience in banking industry
  • Skills Required : 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal with good relationship with internal & external customer.
    • Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.
    • Energetic, customer-oriented, friendly & a team player..
