To support Consumer Collections Department and Consumer Recovery Department in managing Day in Arrears / Past due but Not Impaired & Impaired accounts by responsible to process reschedule & restructure request within the time line set.
Qualification : SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience
Year of experience : Fresh graduate up to 3 years experience in banking industry
Skills Required :
Excellent communication, interpersonal with good relationship with internal & external customer.
Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.
Ability to multi-task and has good knowledge of recovery process.
Willing to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Always passes knowledge to other especially related to job knowledge.
Appears to be friendly and easy to approach.
Can be relied upon deliver satisfactory quality of work and able to make good judgments and understand well what Bank's want
6-months renewable contract based on performance and attitude at RM2,000 per month.
