Description

Summary:

Responsible for managing day to day support activities and overall operational performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the productivity and performance of sales support agents on a daily basis - (Individual/Team).
  • Provide data and guides to assist the sales team.
  • Liaise with the sales team to develop specific sales strategies.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and related issues.
  • Improve results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees.
  • Monitor and track productivity and overall performance of sales on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide quality service and improve customer service standards.
  • Ensure application forms and documentation submitted as stipulated for relevant decision-making and approval.
  • Review pending orders and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Resolve sales and customer complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Prepare daily day-end reporting and weekly/monthly reporting for the Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above with sales and banking related or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in banking related field and/or back-office operation experience. Customer service skills are an added advantage.
  • Excellent supervision, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to take initiative and utilise sound judgment in decision making and higher-level problem-solving.
  • Desire to work in a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels.
