Responsible for achieving individual sales target for consumer products & services under Consumer Banking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct marketing campaigns and activities to promote consumer products, wealth management, bancatakaful and other related fee-based income services;
Gather and analyse financial data in order to provide guidance to customers in their decisions;
Be actively involved in cross-product sales activities to ensure optimal customer reach;
Prepare and execute sales plan for prospective customers using internal sales tools and self-set appointments; carry out sales visits where necessary and ensure early engagement with “New to Bank” (NTB) customers;
Proactively manage and build customer relationships, provide good after sales service and follow up on promises made to customers;
Process application forms and submit to the relevant operating line – Branch Manager / Business Manager, Business Partners, Processing Centre (Region Office) or Head Office for decisions & approvals;
Prepare sales reports for Branch Manager / Business Manager, Regional Office or Head Office for performance tracking;
Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies / guidelines and external regulatory requirements;
Protect the image and brand of the Bank;
Any other duties / assignments as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirements from time to time
Possess a Degree in any related discipline from a recognised university with at least 3 years working experience.
