As the Brand and Marketing Executive, you will be developing robust digital marketing strategies and executing powerful campaigns to attract valuable customers. You must be able to envision and create exciting campaigns aligned with the customer journey, and enthusiasm and passion is a must. When you are in CDX, you will have the opportunity to experience different aspects of the division. Your challenges will include working on Customer Journeys, interviewing customers, executing marketing campaigns and managing agencies.
You will develop media strategies that work across a diverse set of digital and traditional media.
You will be partnering with the Product Managers and CX Designers to identify touch points throughout the Customer Journey and propose opportunities to engage with the customers.
You will partner with the Data Scientist and develop ways to execute marketing campaigns.
You will be developing marketing campaign strategies in line with the customer journey.
You will lead and manage marketing campaigns that support the launch of new innovative propositions.
You will track the effectiveness of campaigns and propose improvements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related discipline with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a related field.
Deep understanding of marketing, especially digital marketing.
A deep knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
An awareness of the regulatory framework for financial services marketing activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve the team objective.
Experience in financial sector is an advantage.

Creativity and innovative thinking in terms of social media marketing.
