Description
  • Oversees the social media interaction unit and responsible to deliberates planning and goal setting.
  • Produces periodic analytic and customer sentiment report for tabulation to Management.
  • Assists System Admin to ensure the Social Media Monitoring tool is acquired and established.
  • Ensures that the response by Social Media team is according to the SLA and the queries are handled efficiently & accurately.
  • Engages with Product Owner to market and promotes the products in Social Media.
  • Promotes the Bank through Social Media Advertising, as well as to creates regular publishing schedule, brand awareness and positive online reputation.
  • Listens, responses and engages the audiance as a part of Bank’s Engagement Stategy.
  • Ensures that queries are handled within the highest standard with fast, fair and quality resolution.
  • Ensures full adherence to process as stipulated in the Contact Centre Operation Manual and fully comply with Bank policies & procedures.
     
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any related discipline with 5 years working experience in financial institutions or Contact Centre / Customer Services.  
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in managing Social Media.
  • Good communication, listening, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Good overall understanding on Bank’s products and services.
